About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Representative to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing and enhancing our company's human resources by implementing HR policies, programs, and practices. Your contributions will help us maintain a productive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

    • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.

    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.

    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Aptitude in problem-solving.

    • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.

    • Additional HR training will be a plus.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

    • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

    • A track record of innovating HR solutions and improving employee engagement.
