About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing managers, designers, and content creators to deliver compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Support the marketing team in organizing various projects from concept through completion.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines.
Maintain and update promotional materials inventory.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and generate reports for management.
Engage with customers through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites.
Perform outreach to press and public relations teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Hootsuite).
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
Previous experience in a similar industry or B2B marketing.
